Class Types


Krav Maga. The World class reality based training method as made famous by the Israeli military. Classes are split into ability levels. All  abilities are welcome. Beginners and the nervous are made most welcome.


CrossFit Conditioning. Separate to Krav Maga, CrossFit is an outstanding Functional Fitness and Intense conditioning system. Short, intense sessions offering infinately varied training. And yes you can train 3 days in a row!


Ground/Weapons speciality class. Open to all levels. Class specialising in either Groundfighting or weapons survival. Please note Krav Maga Ground fighting is not MMA.


Modern Combatives Programme

A unique training method focusing on aspects of fight training in depth including reflex training methods, ground fighting and edged weapons survival.
