Moni Aizik founder of the "commando" krav maga group is under yet more threats of legal action over his assorted claims. I

It appears whilst Aizik will not actually admit to lying he has started to retract some of his military claims and admitted that he had not actually taught the Israeli Military.

Full details are here

I am also led to believe that he has now watered down some of his commando claims an removed his special forces claims from his marketing.

What is surprising though, considering how well know his alleged fraudulent claims are is that people are still paying to do his courses. Oh well - I guess there is always going to be another gullible punter around the corner.

"Gullible punters" - unfortunately there are plenty around and the con-artists know it.

There are people stupid enough to send money to a "Nigerian prince" (and believe me there were people who sent 10s of thousands of pounds to them ) - it makes me feel proud to be part of the human race!

Sad but true .....

I heard a recording of him talking to his instructors - he is now claiming to have been an assassin for the Israeli Government - yes on tape he says he killed people for the Israeli Government. But thats not his best claim.

He also claims to have been in Israeli intelligence as some kind of spy - just like his dad...

What amazes me, is that Moni retracts one lot of claims (he no longer claims to have worked with Imi for a year) but sees no problem retracting his claims and replacing them with even bigger ones. I also notice that alleged issues of financial impropriety, avoidance of tax and tax evasion issues emerge. Allegedly thats is part of why he left Israel and later Canada. Whether its true or not we dont know.

However how any one could take the risk of paying for any course with Moni Aizik with all these fraud allegations is beyond me - how do you know he wont walk with the money ?

All I know is he is back selling courses in the UK again to some poor sucker or another.

That's awful and I've seen other so called "Krav" courses popping up with the same kind of dodgy backgrounds. I guess there must be money to be made!

Anyone who would boast about being a trained assassin should always ring alarms bells in people. For a start, admitting this (if it were fact) may result in criminal investigation. Also, I've asked ex-forces family members and friends about their experiences with regard to actual combat and found the same thing - they don't want to talk about it - I very much doubt a "trained assassin" would ever mention it, especially in public. Anyway, technically you could say that any soldier is a trained assassin!!

I think people don't think things through enough. They just see certain keywords such as "commando", think about the movies and how they would turn into a James Bond (or Jason Bourne) - making themselves feel important and thinking people will be in awe of them. Reality is usually far more mundane!
